The repair work was done completely to my satisfaction. The staff were courteous and knowledgeable. My only suggestion is to keep the customer updated on progress with the repair. An automated status update would be fantastic.

Disappointed that when we first came to pick up the vehicle that the bumper was noticeably not aligned to the door, and had to be left to get repaired. However, happy that it only took 3 weeks versus the 4 weeks originally quoted.

Fix Auto was GREAT !!! From start to finish they were very professional. I’m bad with names but the lady in front was extremely helpful and took great care of me. My car looks brand new . I’m loyal to great customer service so if I ever need my car fixed again Fix Auto is where I’ll always go.
