My vehicle was rear ended. When I brought it to Fix in Orange....The paint never needed touching ( no scratches from the accident). I pointed it out specifically to the service writer / estimator. Something was pushed in from the accident ( the bumper). The alignment of the panels were off and the liftgate was WAY off. I asked to have it straightened...Unfortunately they decided to paint the bumper. Worse the paint is obviously incorrect in color and the bumper gaps are still off. I refused it once due to a really bad liftgate alignment. After only a few hours the liftgate gaps were corrected. I just wanted it straight. Now the bumper is not aligned and the bumper is now different shade ( green tone instead of dark silver). . I'm disappointed , but I don't have anymore time to waste on this. Very nice people, great schedule and keeping customers updated... Unfortunately the quality just is not there..

Deeply disappointed in not listening to the customer. It was specifically stated at drop off. No paintwork required. Please just straighten the lift gate and align the panels. Instead, When the vehicle was picked up. It was refused for a total lack of alignment. The bumper was painted and very clearly is not the same. We don't have time for company's who disregard the customer
