Service here was amazing, the communication from Alexis was next level. My vehicle was being repaired for roughly a month and I was getting updates multiple times a week during each phase. I would definitely recommend this place if searching for a auto shop.

I think I found the best body shop in Orange! The staff was responsive, thorough, and communicative throughout the entire process. A few things popped up, as they do, and the staff helped come up with solutions to save time and money. I felt that they understood my needs as a customer and worked with me to get the best price and the fastest turnaround they could. The work was incredible. When I received my vehicle, there was no sign that it had been repaired and painted. Everything was as good as new. You will not regret taking your vehicle to Fix Auto Orange! They’re amazing

We are so impressed with Fix Auto. The employee, Alexiss Salgado, made the experience so wonderful. She was very professional. We told her we were moving out of state in a few weeks. She was so caring about making sure we knew the work would be done in the fastest amount of time possible. She kept in constant contact with us and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. The work was completed so fast and it looks beautiful. Thank you to her and all the employees that worked on my car! We will recommend Fix Auto to everyone.
