They need a new receptionist , someone more professional She tells me my car is not ready for pick up until the following week I schedule meetings out of town then calls within 48 hrs in the afternoon and says come pick up your car She no respect for my time I noticed only a smudge on the bumper when I picked up my car No deep scratches just a smudge She sarcastically snaps at me she says I see deep scratches and a smudge There were no scratches . She was so rude the manager had someone buff it out The repairs are a 10 !!! Amazingly perfect

They did good in fixing the damage caused by the accident. I only give them 7 because there’s an imperfection between the door and back driver side of the car. The door and the side next to it don’t align correctly. I noticed it right away and told the lady that helped me with the paperwork. I was told to call the following day but that will create another inconvenience and restart the process again.
