Negatives - there was a scratch from the accident plus one on the trunk we asked to be repaired that weren't. In addition, the final price came in $900 over the quoted amount. Positive - the vehicle was ready by the date we needed it.

My car isn’t completely repaired yet, still waiting for a windshield that can be calibrated. This is apparently tied to a previous claim from Aug 2023 when the windshield was replaced with a non-compatible windshield. AAA has been slow to respond,
