I have been to them for 4 other separate repair items. Every one of these was beautifully done in a timely way. They arranged for rental cars and kept me well informed. I would give them a 20 at least!

The service performed fixing my damaged car was very good and they delivered the car in a showroom condition. Brandon was forthcoming with information and was quite pleasant to work with. But I did have problems with one of the girls working up front. There was a few situations where something was offered and not followed thru on. She had promised to arrange a pick up with the car rental company and when I said I could arrange it directly she assured me she could do it for me. I said ok, but that was a mistake. She did not verify with the car rental company directly, but put in a reservation electronically and not verify that they would send someone to pick us at the appointed time. When we showed up to drop off our car, not only had no one at Hertz been notified to come pick us up, but they were all out of cars for the day. We drove all the way down to the Auto body shop for nothing. We had to make arrangements to come another day to drop our car off. The next time I made arrangements with the Hertz myself like I originally offered. Please train your staff, not to make these kind of offers if they're not going to communicate directly with the car rental company to MAKE SURE A CAR IS COMING. The 2nd issue is more minor, but on the day of pick up I called again for arrangements and by the voice I could tell it was the same girl. I had asked to talk to Brandon and she said he's on the phone but he'll be available soon she'll just transfer. I waited for more than 5 minutes and hung up. I called back again immediately and this time a different woman answered and I asked for Brandon and she said "oh he just walked in". So why did the first girl tell me he was on the phone? Why couldn't she offer to inform Brandon to call me when he's available? No, I have to waste my time waiting on hold because your front personnel has major problems communicating honestly.. As I said, the actual work on the car was great. But dealing with the front office person colored the whole experience.

As I indicated in an earlier comment sent to you, the actual work on the car was a 10. Dealing with one of the girls on the front staff who communicated she could do something and then badly fail, I give a 2.
