I would give it above a 10 if I could. The customer service was outstanding! They were so nice! They took care of everything for me. They even offered to stay open late because I was running late to pick up the car. Last year I had a different car get damaged. I had taken it to the dealership and it was a difficult experience. I had to be the go between between the insurance company and the dealership. They took forever to repair my car. This experience was the exact opposite. I never had to worry about or deal with anything. It was such a relief! I am going to tell everyone how great Hannah and Fix Auto was.
