Our only comment is that the expectations about the completion date need to be realistic and take into consideration parts that may be needed. Both times we had the car in it took quite a bit longer than we were originally told. Better to tell the client it will be done in 10 days and have it be done in 7 that then other way around.

In that the repair was not covered by insurance, the staff bent over backwards to keep the cost down while still doing top quality work.

They painted my car and not a very good job. But I did not bring my car there to get painted.

They were very helpful at Fix Auto. A little concerned that I heard on Friday that the painter was sick and had to wait until Tuesday the next week. More cost for rental and insurance. But they owner is a wonderful guy and I believe he has the best interest of his customers. I would go there again.
