My only concern is I called Fix Auto at about 3:11 pm to find out if my car was ready. I did that, because traffic in the Phoenix area starts getting really heavy at this time of day. If Fix Auto had waited much longer, I would have had to wait until the next day to pick up my car. Otherwise, Connie was awesome with her customer service. And my car looks great.

The repairs themselves were done well, but the repairs took nearly 5 months to complete. The estimated time to repair the vehicle was extended numerous times. The last delay of one additional week was caused by the body shop scratching the vehicle while pulling it into a bay to detail the vehicle.

The bumper of my vehicle is now two different colors because you all only replaced the left side. There was no communication about the cost to replace the other two pieces - we asked a couple of times for a quote with no success. We also weren't aware of what work being done since the original estimate was for the complete bumper.

No communication at all - when we dropped the vehicle off the person took us through some workflow and the updates we should be getting. I dropped the vehicle off on Thursday and by Tuesday of the next week I received a text message that the car was ready for pick-up. I asked for a rundown of the work that was done and didn't receive anything until I picked the car up.

I chose 9 because no one is perfect fix auto did a great job on the work they did on the 2015 chevy silverado. The only thing I believe that they need to is finish the work on time and not extend the time longer as for the customer had plans around the date is was set to be giving back, above all great work!! 😎
