The staffing was very nice and really try to make the experience of fixing your car great. I know not everyone is happy about their car being damaged but my experience with Fixit Auto at the City Center went very smoothly and I was helped with all my questions. Besides my car coming back to me like new they also washed the car and cleaned the in side so it felt like the day I bought my car. Overall I have no complaints. Thank you to everyone that was involved in fixing my car, I greatly appreciate everything.

I was referred to Fix Phoenix Auto Body Shop to repair the damages on my BMW 540i XDrive after unknown ‘hit and run’ accident. I’m very grateful for Kimber and her teams’ help! They did an amazing job on my car, especially Kimber educated and assisted me throughout the entire process. Kimber also helped me get a rental car the same day I dropped of my car. Her technical knowledge about BMW or German cars is very thorough and in depth. I was fascinated by her. Woman power🔋rocks…!!! I absolutely adore and appreciate Kimber. I feel like I just bought a brand new BMW. Kimber absolutely went above and beyond for me. I’m very pleased with them. Thank you once again.

Very nice and quick. Did a great job with insurance and the rental company. They had a piece on back order so allowed me to either take the vehicle home and get the piece later or leave the vehicle until it came in. I chose to bring the truck home and they’ll add it super quick when it comes in.

Amazing customer service. Kamber made me understand the process as a first timer, she even made miracles happen with helping me get into a rental vehicle. Luis was awesome in explain the vehicle assignments. Overall amazing customer service at the location!

I have my car back 3 days now, so far sounds good and the job comes with a warranty I'm very confident that if any issues arise they would take care of of it. The people that helped me at the shop were very friendly and accommodating but getting thru their phones takes a few tries .
