FixAuto did a very poor job on my car, FixAuto took my perfectly good Chrome Grill & Bumper & replace them with poor quality parts, when I ask them for my original part they said they will give me the parts back then they said they throw away my parts, FixAuto's very unprofessional, they do not pick up my ph when I called them, I will not go back to FixAuto ever again, I believe They still have my parts, I want my original part back, I believe FixAuto should be held accountable for their action, I will NOT go back to FixAuto ever again, I will let my friends, family & co-worker know about my experience

The reason for 9 is because of the delay to start work and causing extra rental car charges. I had come in a month before appointment and Jose did quote and no records with State Farm and name was spelled incorrectly. Would have preferred a later start date

The owner was very personable and easy to talk to. However, the front desk representative could have been more courteous and friendly when she tried to explain the delay. I understand that there were more damages found and that they were waiting for parts but I wished they had at least given me weekly updates to inform me of the status even if it remained the same, especially since I was borrowing a car from someone. I gave it to the end of each week at least but did not hear from them and had to call in for the updates myself.

Great customer service from the whole team. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was totally satisfied. I wasn't expecting the level of service that I received, but they really did an amazing job on my car followed by great communication with me. I was having a hard time getting a rental they stepped up and made phone call, and took me to get the car. Smiles, fast service, quality work, respectful of my time. Thank you sincerely for all you do.

They did a Wonderful job on my vehicle and they were very professional
