Was told repair was done when it was not. Had to bring car back to get it finished. Then was told it would take 10 minutes, and it took 40 - making me late for an appointment.

There was confusion over my appointment time. The repair wasn't completing so I had to bring it back. It took longer than I was told, making me late. Then the person fixing it left with my keys so I had to chase him down to even be able to leave. So frustrating.

They were nice and all but I believe they mainly focused on the Exterior of my car. The man said that he was only going to fix what showed up on the pictures which confused me because I have FULL coverage. The plywood palate that hit me did go under my car, and I don't think they checked if my wheels or if anything under my car was wrong. My breaking does feel a little more shaky than it was before.
