The paint was running, the car was totally dirty inside, it had an oil stain on the engine which was not like that my car had no oil drain, the fenders were not well aligned, anyway the whole engine was full of dust

Pros: The work was done well. The staff was friendly. Connie was great. Cons: The process took too long particularly from the time the parts were received on 11/21 until I called for an update on 12/18. The communication was poor. I would not receive updates on the status of my car. It doesn’t appear that my car was a priority.

They advised it would be done on a certain date and it was done on a different date. Which then I had to change my arrangements to drop off my rental and get dropped off at the body shop
