Satisfied w my geico ins claim although the bumper was not properly finished it had to be taken back to complete the job w glue. We had a personal repair done at the same time, I am unsatisfied w that job as my AC unit has noticeably not working as well as it used too. I called and asked when I can bring in my vehicle to repair the issue and I have not heard back. The $250 auto detail was not all that I thought it to be. I stated that I wanted a brand new vehicle. I have children my vehicle was very dirty they gave me a good head start. But noticed that my control panels and dash boards were not cleaned (still had spots from drinks and dirt etc.) the roof of my car had spots, my windshield had obvious spots. Carpets were clean (they were black and was not my main concern) my weather tech mats were ok, not polished. My leather seats were amazing, no complaints w my seats. I will try again to set an appointment to repair my AC unit. The pricing for our personal repair seemed satisfactory.
