The process from the time I went to fix Auto to get my car fixed was very smooth. my car was done a day before the day I was told will be done. they called me and emailed me about estimates just like I was told.i felt at ease. my car looks brand new. All the staff were polite.

Exceptional professionalism, environment and quality of work. Fixed my issue to where it looks as if it came right from the best assembly line in Fremont. In fact probably better than factory finish lol. Fair pricing and no complaints!

Quality of work seems good, and again Lacey stepped up to help in a time of need but the overall communication from the shop needs to vastly improve before I’d recommend to a friend or colleague

Lacey is awesome. If it wasn’t for her involvement this score would have been much, much lower. The shop staff failed to communicate and provide updates as promised. Each time an update was received it was due to me contacting the shop to inquire. I never once received a proactive phone call from FIX

There were few paint oversprays on passenger side fender and rear wheels. Slight misalignment of the passenger side fender with the hood, but I believe they were within the acceptable limits.

I was told that my vehicle would go through a thorough quality check ensuring everything was put back correctly, however, the rear passenger wheel was missing all 6 spoke cover. My wife even noticed it right away about 10’ away from our vehicle that the covers were missing.
