The car doors are poking out slightly. The doors are pretty heavy and takes more than once slam to close it. The paint and everything is great. I'm grateful and happy but the doors are a lil annoying. Because everyone who gets out my car, has to slam the door hard or again to close the door completely shut. Other than that I'm very happy with the work done on my car.

Thanks to Chad and Brian for all your help and constant updates with the progress of my vehicle, even though Tesla insurance was a nightmare to deal with and near impossible to get a response from you both kept me updated from start to finish. The whole team at Fix Auto was amazing even the receptionist at the front desk was awesome.

Fix Auto was very responsive to my questions and inquiries and kept me updated on my vehicle's repair, Jakob Saucedo guided my through the process and kept in touch with my insurance so all I had to do was patiently wait for repairs to be completed. All the staff there are very helpful and friendly and I when I finally picked up my vehicle it was restored to pre accident condition, there wasn't any defects that I could find on the repair and the vehicle was washed and cleaned before hand over. I very much so commend and recommend Fix Auto Redlands.

I would not recommend this shop. I appreciate that they had fixed up the damages of car, but the service I received was very sub-par. There is no reason that the parts of my car still have not come in after a month of waiting without anyone reaching out and informing me the reasoning behind it.

The repair itself was satisfactory, and my car was mostly fixed well. However, some parts are still missing, and there have been significant gaps in the quality of service I received.

The sub-par customer service and the lack of reaching out made the car repair complicated without any justification. The responses I received were very drawn and lacked clear detail and effort, as if Jakob was not trying to get my car fixed. I had to call in multiple times and I would ask him to call me back with any updates, and he never did. Not once. There was lack of communication when it came to parts, and at the end, I had to cover it myself.
