Will never be conducting any business here let alone refer anyone to this place. From ownership/management to some adjusters, this place does not have any kind of quality inspection and will bill the insurance companies for work that hasn’t been performed.

Horrible service and even worse accountability for the staff associated with my claim. This claim fell on Lacy’s lap which she had nothing to do with and from her and her alone she was great. But regarding ownership, they don’t care to provide good service let alone come out in person to apologize for any wrong doing.

Chad assisted me with the repairs. He has great customer service!! When I went to pick up my car they had missed a spot to buff out on the door handle. Chad took it back that instant, got it fixed and before I had a chance to say anything. He said, I’ll get that removed from the repair estimate. That was unacceptable and it should have been done properly the first time. Honestly, great customer service all around! The young lady at the front desk is also so kind & helpful! Also, their prices out beat other collision centers near by. But don’t let that fool you, the work they do is great! Fair value for great job done!
