My car needed repair service. I had 3 estimates and decided to have Fix Auto Rocklin handle my repairs on my Lincoln. All 3 bids were about the same price, but "hands down" here are my reasons for choosing them: 1. Excellent customer service from Valerie and Kim - greeted me like I was family. 2. Kim took pictures and handed me an estimate within 15 minutes while I waited. 3. Met Rick and Eric, the owners while waiting for my estimate. 4. My car was needed for a projected 5 days- received my car a day early. 5. Car was washed inside and out and the repairs were perfect. I WILL return and highly recommend if you need car service.
