It’s a long story. But the short story is that I liked everything about my experience up until I pointed out a dent on the back bumper that was not there when I dropped the car off to have the front bumper fixed. I was shown a photo of “pre-existing damage”. However, that photo was taken sometime after I turned the keys over and dropped my car off. That supposed “pre-existing damage” should have been pointed out to me and acknowledged and signed off by me before I left my near new and unblemished (other than the front bumper) 2019 Highlander with Fix Auto. I have some very important issues in my life that I need to deal with and cannot spend any further time and energy on the bumper of my car. In fact, if Fix Auto had admitted that the damage may have been done while the car was being repaired and offered to make this right, I probably would have given them a great review. Instead I was told that I “probably didn’t notice the damage” based on a picture that was taken after I left my car in their custody. Again, I want to support family owned small businesses in my neighborhood and will continue to seek out those businesses. That said, I will not use Fix Auto again or refer business to them.

Brought my truck in for a small paint issue on rear door by window. They were able to blend the base and clear door to restore my truck to factory finish. Very professional and took their time to do it right.

Drue and his team were very professional and reassuring that my vehicle would be taken care of to my satisfaction. Usually repair shops are too busy to answer all your questions, but this team did not walk away until they were certain all my questions were answered. They made me feel as though they worked for me because their paycheck depended on whether or not my vehicle was taken care of properly. This character is found few and far between in one or maybe two staff personnel. Here, the whole team has the same character of professionalism, integrity, and attention to workmanship. I would not hesitate to take any vehicle there and would highly recommend anyone to this repair team. They are not just a business, they are a lost art in the sea of businesses trying to get it right. This team has it right.
