Dealing with an insurance claim is not always the best experience. The level of service received was phenomenal! Sarahi quality of customer service was impressive. Picking up my vehicle today I was greeted by Victor who went over and beyond to explain. What was done to my vehicle. I’m so happy to have my car back!!! Victor and Sarahi were very helpful with my fixes. They always kept me updated on the status of my car and answered all of my questions that I had. Very pleasant people to work with. I originally thought that I just needed one fix but Victor was thorough and found other issues and got to fixing those as well. Great experience working with them.
