John and Kenya were some cool folks. Treated me like a respectable customer and gave me a real good affordable price for the amount of damage that was done to the whip. The team at Fix Auto South San Jose had a great customer service, and always keep me posted as to the stages of my car’s repairs. On top of that they also kept in contact with the insurance company, so I wouldn’t have to. The whole process was worry free. My car looks amazing post return, like new.
