Randy was great. Very personable and helpful. I appreciated that he tried to find used parts for me and deemed them unacceptable. It was great that they vacuumed the car before returning it - for me that was a big deal and they did a nice job. So far the fix seems to be working and I would absolutely refer others to his shop!
