Upon pick up of me vehicle I found over spray on my passenger side windowwindow. It was removed upon my requedtrequest, but three days after pick up (I'm still waiting) I have yet to have my bed side decals.

very impressed with customer service such as: I was able to drop off my car and was let into the reception before opening hours. Instead of driving all the way to Poulsbo to return my rental and be driven back to get my car. I was permitted to drop off the rental car at your location, drop off the keys in the box and pick up my car since I had a spare. In addition a gentleman saw me outside and opened the door to finalize the repair paperwork. exceptional is the least I can say. Thank you, Aziz Ettobi
