I brought my car in after having a minor incident that needed repair on the trunk hood. Fix Auto was recommended by USAA. The estimate was done one day, and then a day was arranged for me to drop off my car for the repair. The service department kept in contact with me letting me know that everything was on track to finish on time. I picked it up today and very pleased with the service they provided. A great paint job was done, everything is shiny and sparkly clean. Tony gave me instructions about the care for a few weeks avoiding drive through car washes. Everyone was pleasant. I would recommend Fix Auto for repairs and services. I’m glad USAA recommended them to me.

Unfortunately I have had to use Fix auto a few times with me and my husband's bad luck, but I am so grateful we chose to get our car repaired here. Everyone is so nice. Their work is amazingly impeccable and they are so quick about it also. They returned our car cleaner then when we left it. Love the communication via text on any updates. Overall wonderful company!!

I understand that estimates are “estimates”, but FIX AUTO ending up charging double the original estimate. That’s pretty bad. Relatively accurate estimates should be a norm with all the information we have available in 2026.
