all was great except the cleaning, and that really put us off from recommending them to someone

office and inspection service was great - also the timely return of our car - however, the clean up of the broken window was not well done at all. there was still glass in the back seat, the trunk, and the floor of the back. under the trunk matt, where the spare tire is located there was still old water from the rain and lots of glass in the bottom - never cleaned up. a few pieces are normal to expect, sure, but this was way too much glass left in the car, and it made me very unhappy

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The work was outstanding, done in roughly the time frame promised, and was inexpensive. I shall return.
