Great service and i appreciate that the car was detailed thriughout and looks like new. But you need to stop sending text messages every day for four days saying the car is ready now after i already pocked it up

Super awesome job! I know it was hard sourcing parts and that you're in demand, so I really appreciate you fitting me in. I'm really pleased with the work. The only feedback I would give is that it would be helpful to get some kind of warning or heads up that the car will be ready. I was notified with one hour notice only that the car was ready. It was 330 on a Friday, which meant I had to leave work urgently to make it there by 430. My insurance company would have charged me two more days of car rental if I wasn't able to make it in time (since you are closed on the weekends.) More advance notice would have enabled me to plan a bit better and know a rough idea of what to expect. That's it though. Shelby at the front desk was great, as was all of your staff, including that cute little black dog.

I have driven for 50 years, this is my first time having to get body work done on my car. I love my car and it seriously looks brand new! Inside and out, even shiny tires:) Your staff is so friendly and your work is done with such care and integrity. I am truly overwhelmed with the whole experience. I was not expecting my car repair to take 2 weeks, this was not communicated to me in the estimate or when dropped off. I did expect to have the parts ordered ahead of time since I did have the appointment scheduled for so long, and that the parts would be ready upon car drop off. I wouldn’t want to bring my car back.

Good...except they a aid I picked it up before I picked it up. This caused me to have to leave work,which isn't good, so I could pick it up before they closed. They close at 4:30. Pretty early for people who have to work

The only thing is that wrecked parts and my spare tire were left in the hatchback. Not sure why the tire was used and not put back and why wrecked items were left for me to dispose of. With that, the car was very clean and appreciate the quickness in turn around of getting the car fixed.
