There were hiccups in initial communications and in setting up the appointment to drop off the car, such as my first notice regarding my appointment to drop the car off was to enquire why I had missed the appointment. At the time the estimate was made, I wasn't given an approximate timeframe for when the appointment to drop the car off for repair would be made. Once the car was dropped off it was several days before the completion date was passed on to me. Bent over backwards to make the delivery time. excellent customer service, I'd rate it 9.5 if I could.

I was told that my front license plate holder would be replaced, but then it wasn't and the new license plate holder was just put in my trunk and no one communicated to me why it wasn't installed.

Yes, I would recommend this shop to friends and family. My customer service was great, Oscar worked hard to arrange a convenient time for my car to be fixed, and the vehicle came back to me with a perfectly replaced windshield, all the paintless dent repair completed, and the entire interior / exterior of the car looked immaculately clean. It was a very positive experience overall.

Frequency and follow up of communication was excellent! I appreciated that Fix Auto uses texting, email and voice mail (personal touch) to communicate with me. Made it easy. The delay of service completion was frustrating. The deadline was reset several times due to work back up in their shop. In the future would appreciate a firmer timeline. Just tell me that it will take 2.5 months to get my car back, rather than reset the schedule multiple times.
