Not sure about the work yet, since I have been out of town & have not had a chance to drive my car but once. I think it seems to be good so far, except for the seal we were suppose to receive.

I wish I had been updated more about my car since I was from out of town. There were so many delays, Also the day my husband flew in to get my car, I received a e-mail @ 8:45 saying there was a part coming in & when would the car be picked up. My husband arrived about that same time I got the e-mail. He waited awhile, but could not wait very long since he was driving to Spokane & taking a flight out for work. Over a week later still waiting for the rubber part to go around door. It was suppose to be mailed to us. I called on Monday, and still we have not received it.

Everyone was very helpful and responsive to working with my schedule. However, I did discover after the fact that after I returned the rental car to Fix Auto, they kept the car for 4 extra days. My insurance then asked about the rental car being used for a week when the repair took 2-3 days, and that was the first I heard about it! Luckly my insurance company believed me. However, this could have caused some serious financial problems!
