We were grateful for the efforts that the whole team made to get our car fixed on the short timeline that we had while we were visiting the Tacoma area. We had a hard deadline that we needed to get back on the road and start traveling east again and the team was wonderful, working hard to make sure that we were able to leave on schedule. I had an amazing experience with Fix Auto Tacoma South! William took care of me from day one and made the entire process so easy and stress-free. I’ll admit, I was a little nervous walking into an auto body shop. As a woman, I always worry that I won’t know enough about cars or repairs and that I’ll feel out of place. Those worries disappeared almost immediately. William was incredibly kind, honest, patient, and never once made me feel uncomfortable or talked down to me. He took the time to answer my questions and made everything easy to understand. The entire staff was wonderful, especially the receptionist, who was so warm and welcoming. Everyone treated me with kindness and made me feel like I was in good hands. The repair was completed quickly, and my car looks absolutely amazing. You can’t even tell there was ever a dent. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Fix Auto Tacoma South to anyone looking for an honest, fast, and reliable collision repair shop. I’ll definitely be recommending William and his team to my family and friends. Thank you all for making what could have been a stressful experience such an easy one!

First, not only did they fix my vehicle, but the inside looks just as good as the outside. They took their time and detailed. The inside of my vehicle meticulously my cup holder was having some trouble operating. And it looks like they just repaired that as well. By removing a coin that was stuck in the slot that prevented it from functioning properly. They did an exceptional job. And I really appreciate the work
