When i got there to pick up my truck there was a big scratch in my tailgate I pointed it out and said this was not there when I dropped it off. They took it another day and got the scratch out and my truck looks like new again highly satisfied with this shop they will be my forever shop incase I gwt into an accident again

Amazingly courteous! I had a surprisingly great experience after an unexpected and inconvenient accident. They were extremely timely and efficient. Easy to communicate with and gave frequent updates whether things had or hadn’t changed. I had a little trouble after the surface level issues were resolved and the staff at Fix auto were as supportive as family/ friends. Thank you!
