Repair quality is great and service was great. My only complaint is that management had posted a sign above the employee desks with a checklist of steps for appraisers to follow before giving a quote, and while the first few steps were pretty normal, the final one was “Discounts: make sure there are none”. Car repair places in general already have a reputation for trying to squeeze every dime they can out of customers, and seeing that sign didn’t exactly make me think that this shop was an exception to that rule. In my case, my repair was mostly covered by insurance, but that sign would make me hesitate to recommend Fix Auto to someone who would be on the hook for the bill. Besides that, I was happy overall. The employee I worked with was great and the car has been working well.

Was super happy with all the communication and how fast everything was done! Caitlyn was super friendly, sweet, and helpful! Loved that my car was washed. Job looked fantastic. Couldn't even tell there had been a repair. It was also great that I was able to leave my rental car there when picking up my car. Really everything was fantastic! I'm so happy I chose Fix Auto Tacoma South.
