Was super happy with all the communication and how fast everything was done! Caitlyn was super friendly, sweet, and helpful! Loved that my car was washed. Job looked fantastic. Couldn't even tell there had been a repair. It was also great that I was able to leave my rental car there when picking up my car. Really everything was fantastic! I'm so happy I chose Fix Auto Tacoma South.

Amazing, is all I could say. Unfortunately, but also fortunately we have used their services twice. In different occasions and the review is the same. They are extremely friendly, reliable and communicative. In this last occasion they asked a lot of questions, kept me up to date on everything. I was out of the country while they worked on my car, they were able to fix everything, they were able to make it seem like nothing had ever happened. They were able to restore everything in the car, including the stickers that the car had in the area where it was hit! Really enjoyed the experience, this place was recommended to us years ago in our previous experience and I can say that I will continue to recommend them!
