Owner Mike is nice and he was very understanding of our accudent situation. We had to take the car back after it got fixed to get a loose latch fixed and Mike offered a free polish of our car for the our trouble - which was a nice gesture.

Although the shop called me with status once and I got a message saying that I would get text updates. I never received any text updates until my car was done, so I had to call for updates. The online status check did not work either.
