the main clerk I talked to was really helpful. But the ceo/owner didn't know his own process and ended up collecting $500.00 he wasn't supposed to. Fortunately USA got that back to me

The repair looks great. The problem I have is that the time it took and my end date changing 5 times. Also I noticed when I got my truck back there is a red scuff mark in the passenger side the size of a quarter. Like something rubbed against it. Other than. Those two things the work looks fantastic.

I was happy with how quickly and how often I heard from Fix. I was updated frequently about progress and/or delays. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean my vehicle was when I got it back. I didn't think anyone did that anymore. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of the front office. It seemed that the office was well organized. I noticed that I did not have to wait at all for service each time I went to the shop. That was a nice bonus.

The bodywork looks very nice its the fact that I had to come back for a couple other things and then the guy told me that they didn't take something off but then turned around and said they did I do recommend them because they are willing to fix the issue so in my honest opinion if they're willing to fix the issues they get eat out of a 10

Rear driver side door panel somehow became unglued while in your custody. Otherwise, I was really happy with derive. Which is why I brought my car in for the third time over the years.
