Hi guys. After the two weeks being without my vehicle it was so refreshing to get it back. From the start Christina was very thorough explaining the process and answering questions honestly. She showed me the OEM parts that I requested be used for the repair that showed transparency in their work. They communicated well with the progress of the repairs being done and when my vehicle was finished they offered the convenience of picking up my vehicle on Saturday which is very convenient for people who work later than their hours. The repairs looked great even the detailing of the vehicle to finish the job. Thanks to everyone involved for repairing my vehicle it looks great and I noticed the vibration of the vent shield on the driver’s door is gone. Thanks you.

The car looks amazing.. the damage is completely fixed and appears like it never happened. Was very thoughtful they even cleaned the interior of the vehicle.. the only thing that I noticed driving it home is that the seatbelt airbag sensor light is flashing, after researching the signal, I learned that it is an indication that one of the sensors is loose or malfunctioning.. so I will be calling to follow up on that tomorrow! Other than that the team did an amazing job and the lady who gave the quote was so kind and helpful.. it was very nice she stayed a little later than close to make sure I could pick it up as well

Fix Auto was amazing. From the first contact about the repairs needed, the coordination with a rental car, communication throughout the repairs and finally picking up my beautifully repaired car that was spotlessly cleaned inside and out! If you need a repair, don’t go anywhere else.
