Due to extensive front end damage from accident, front wheel alignment should have been done. When I asked I received frivolous explanation of why it was not needed. However, when picking up my car, was told that back tire was not in alignment. Shocked I asked was the car safe to drive. Received flippant response, " I am not a mechanic". If that is the case why was my car held for close to 2 weeks and no one bothered to provide that vital information to me?
