I’m only giving a 9 because initially when I came in the older gentleman at the counter didn’t even greet me, but maybe his mind was elsewhere. When I told him the reason I was there he was a bit dismissive and just told me the claims adjuster was outside so I could tap on the window and let him know who I am, without even addressing me. My in-laws recommended the place but under the name Rose auto collision. When I came back in he didn’t say anything but have a seat. I was on the clock and had no idea how long I’d be there. He seemed more interested in his colleague tha had come in behind me telling him he’d love this one: about a car riddled with bullet holes that a guy wanted to pay for out of pocket without his insurance. It was an interesting story at least as I say there twiddling my thumbs a bit agitated. It wasn’t until the adjuster came back and said she doesn’t have to stay, 5 minutes later, that I left. Also I dropped my car off on a Monday for repair after it was sideswiped while parked, no real major damage. I had to call them on Wednesday to check the status of my vehicles return and was told it was just going in for processing. They did call me when my car was ready. When picked up my car it was beautifully taken care of and all of the miscellaneous items I had in the back and on floors was bagged and placed in my trunk. Absolutely pleased with the outcome despite the rocky start. On pick up he was polite and amiable.
