The staff were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. They promised a Friday deadline and managed to meet that deadline even when a part came in late. The work was excellent and the price was reasonable. I will be back when I have other automotive body needs!

Vehicle delivered back to me with chips in the gap between panels, with overspray visible on windows, and not in pre loss condition. No record of the parts that were used. TBF they apparently had difficulty with the insurance company (low ball estimate and refusal to pay on supplemental), but I was not given any opportunity to speak up about their end of things, just given the vehicle back. I raised the paint chip issues and was told "that'll touch up just fine, just bring it back and we'll take care of it. Brought it back a week later to point out other issues I had found, was told essentially "well, that's the way it is", and was told a manager would reach out. I have heard nothing since. Vehicle is 6 months old and I am understandably upset. I will likely have to talk to my insurance company and run a claim through them. Don't think I will go back to this place.

First and foremost, they did a beautiful job on a very significant amount of damage on my SUV. In addition, their customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to try and get my car done at the soonest time possible in their power was unimaginable. Martha and Tim, who I spoke with frequently on a regular basis were kind and understanding and always willing to give me updates and any details that I requested throughout the process of my vehicle being repaired. I wasn’t certain if my car would seem the “same“ when I got it back, but it actually looked like a brand new vehicle. I was shocked! I can’t say enough good things about the individuals that I interacted with on a personal level and the company itself. If I could give you higher than a 10 I would.!

Frank & Sons is the best auto body place in the Tri-cities. They are fair, honest and very reasonable on their pricing and labor. I’ve had 3 or 4 vehicles worked on there and they have done great work and are very good about getting the work done right!!
