I was treated excellent the customer service was great was informed each time with the progress of the car and they were definitely on time! My car was detailed from the outside and was very pleased with that. The only concern that I had was that the inside of the interior of my car had white dust all on my carpet on seats and interior inside of car. But other than that I would definitely go back for any body repair as I plan to go back! Thank you!

I took my truck in for some repairs due to being struck on the left side. The customer service I received from Franks was 5 stars all around. Crystal was exceptional and stayed in contact with me via text throughout the repairs of my truck. Once it was time to pick up my vehicle Rudy walked me thru all the repairs along with the paperwork to show me what was done to the vehicle. I hope I don’t have to deal with vehicle damage again but if I ever did Franks Collision Repair will be the go to spot. Thanks again to all the staff for their hard work.

Jordan made our experience seamlessly easy and kept us informed on the progress throughout the repairs. Even though it was around the holidays it seemed to take a little longer than expected to picking up the vehicle keep getting pushed back multiple times. But the work looks to be good although there is still deer hair at the rear of the car in between the bumper and quarter panel.
