The team went above and beyond what was expected, timely delivery, regular status updates, they even gave the car a full wipe-down/wash for free (without me even asking), even the tires were waxed, definitely raising the bar!

Do better with the estimate. I was unclear for a week about it and need the car for daily commuting. Even an overlong estimate would have been better than nothing. You could start with something really long like 2 months and go down when you get more details. Absolutely nothing and you lose faith like, “I need to find another shop, it could be here forever. I don’t even know if they can fix it, there is no estimation.” The fix was good though.

Trunk hinge was not properly replaced so it is wiggled and the trunk open light keeps coming on because the trunk can’t properly latch. Also all of my stuff was removed from the trunk and not put back. I have no idea where it is.

I have to bring my car back because the latch on the bumper that secures the trunk is wiggly and the trunk light keeps going on. Also I need all of my stuff that was taken out of the trunk.

I would definitely recommend the shop to anyone and everyone. I was stressed about the experience of dealing with car repairs after an accident, but I felt incredibly relieved with all of the communication and explanations the shop team provided throughout the process. If there is ever a need for repair I know myself and anyone else I know can rely on this shop.

The repairs are well done and it looks like nothing ever happened to it! Only a couple of minor things I noticed though: -Both the "KIA" and "Sportage" logo on the tailgate keep lifting with a noticeable gap between to logo and the body; they need to be repeatedly pressed down firmly in order for them to stick -There was also a wire that was not tucked underneath a plastic interior body panel near the left taillight in the trunk area and I had to use a tool to lift the panel and push the wire underneath so it wasn't exposed -Lastly, the rear windshield wiper position when it's not in use is drooping lower on the window, instead of being properly tucked up higher out of view of the window frame like it once was before These are just minor issues I found but I know they can be remedied very easily. I am extremely grateful for the amazing work and transparent communication throughout the whole repair process. Thank you so much!

Everyone was very respectful and kind. Only minor thing was that when I spoke to two different people on the phone they both gave me different time estimates of the progress of the repair. I do understand though the nature of car repairs can fluctuate and change depending on multiple factors. The teamm overall provided amazing service.

Meizel did an amazing job keeping me tabs on the repairs on my vehicle. Everyone at the auto repair shop were helpful and answered all of my questions . I would definitely recommend this place to others. Made an awful moment into a smooth transition to getting my vehicle look good again.
