Scott was very informative, friendly, and efficient in handling both my insurance claim and personal payout case. I was able to get an estimate for both cases in a reasonable amount of time which he broke down and explained thoroughly. I appreciated his expert knowledge. He kept me updated throughout the repair frequently which I also appreciated.

They gave me a old window that I could hardly see through and the guy who tried to clean it said to me old car so you don’t get a new window, 😢 I paid $500.00 deductible so why did I get treated so disrespectful

Absolutely, impeccable, everyone was exceptionally nice. Everyone is exceptionally nice on the phone. They welcome you. They listened to you and they act accordingly, which is very perfect. Doesn't get any more perfect. Then, here at g n c if you want to find a group of God's angels, and getting your car fix, this is the place to go!

Car was not clean. The lower panel is not secured. The door handle was not replaced. I was told to pick up the car on Saturday. The body shop in Dublin was not aware till Monday morning. I was rushed to return the rental car back. I paid $1000 deductible but ended up leaving the car in Dublin body shop.
