Trevor was amazing! He was friendly and walked us through the insurance process with simple instructions/explanations. Trevor and the team worked hard to get us our car back as soon as possible which was greatly appreciated, since we have a baby on the way. One of the mechanics even ran out specifically to get us a part that hadn't arrived in time. Really above and beyond. So impressed with the service and work you guys did. Jeremy was terrific. It did take unexpected additional days for them to finish the job but that was because parts did not arrive in a timely fashion. No fault of theirs. We were completely surprised when we picked up the car that they had washed it, vacuumed, etc.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone I wouldn’t even recommend you guys doing business with them because they going to cause you guys a bunch of lawsuits I put my truck in there to get a tailgate and bumper fix and my suspension is having problems now brand new truck with 6000 miles from the dealership I didn’t have this problem when I put it in there

Someone did something to my truck this is a brand new truck with 6000 miles on it when I dropped it off my suspension didn’t feel like this now my suspension feels bumpy everything in the road I can feel I wouldn’t recommend anyone to that shop And there customer service is bad....They are not up to AAA standards and I am upset I have to find out what’s going on with my truck I dropped it off to get my tailgate and my bumper fixed and it comes back out with suspension problems brand new truck That’s not right I need to speak with someone about that

Great experience! Service was efficient and professional. The repair on my BMW i3 was flawless down to the decal removal and washing the exterior of the car. The only minor thing was there was lots of dust in the back seat of the car. I just vacuumed it out. Not a huge issue.
