I had a great experience with G&C once again. I’m a returning customer of G&C and will continue using this shop for all my body work needs. The person that did the repairs on my Civic did a fantastic job the paint matched was spot on I can’t even tell it was redone. The service writer was friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions and reassured me that it will look OEM when finished. My biggest concern was the amount of time I will be left without my car and I was told it will be done in a few days,And they sure did! Their communication was excellent I was notified every step of the way. And the best part was I didn’t need to take my rental car back to Enterprise! They gave me the option to leave it with them! Overall G&C located at 1041 Hensley Street Richmond has a fantastic crew! Thank you all!
