I was impressed with the communication and notifications about the progress of the repair. I was also thankful for Steven, the regional manager’s helpfulness when it came to overcoming an insurance/ payment issue I encountered. If he hadn’t stepped in I would have been delayed by a day or two with receiving my car. He also offered to make accommodation to get me a ride home if it was necessary.
