The staff at G&C treated us like royalty. From the initial walk in we were greeted kindly by the receptionist who then introduced us to our technician José. His kindness, professionalism and care made us feel at home immediately. Throughout the whole experience, Josê kept us informed daily and in the end, went the extra mile to deliver to us a great finished product. Thank you to the wonderful crew at G&C.

Car was wet when I picked it so I did not look closely at the repair until I got home. There were issues with the way the everything lined up with gaps that could be seen around the seals to the bumper and and door. I called to tell them about the issues and made an appointment to bring back in, and was given excuses about Tesla problems with gaps. I would noticed gaps when I bought the car and when I hand washed an waxed the car over the last four an a half years. I feel a new door should have been put on. I will know after this winter if there are any problems with leaks.
