The work on the body looked good and the car was washed but the back trunk of the car & seats were a big mess and had not been put back together again. Also the car was returned with so little charge on it that I barely managed to get home.

Everything looks great, the only issue is the door doesn’t fit properly.

They would not return my calls and even after I paid my deductible they completely forgot to schedule me. It wasn't until I called, that they set up a drop off time.

Communication with the body shop's general manager was phenomenal! Steven mentioned that my car's battery had died on them a few times and went out of his way to call a few shops around them to find a battery for me. Car looks great, like my accident never happened! Thanks to Steven and his team!
