The sensor in the drivers door is not working, the emblem in the drivers quarter panel is missing, and someone broke the mount when removing my dash camera (which didn't need to be removed for the repair).

Great customer service from all the staff. Although I didn’t get to meet Ms Jessica who was my first POC I would like to thank you for your great service. All the other female staff who works on Saturdays thank you for working as a team and providing great customer service. To the lady today who went to get my car when I came to pick it up thank you very much. My car looks brand new and also clean. I would recommend GLA to friends and colleagues. I’m very satisfied.

I will never bring my car there again. Paint is on my seat, wind coming through somewhere where the window was replaced, a light is out my front door when there was nothing whatsoever wrong with anything in the front, trim missing off the front. I’m highly upset. They had my car for a whole month and when I got it back some light has came on. Yall did a terrible job and I will never refer anyone there or bring any other of my cars there

The splash guard was not put on the right side tire. I just picked it up and got it all the way home when my husband noticed it was missing. Had to turn around and bring it back so your company could inspect it. The part is ordered and I have to bring the car back to you to install the part once it comes it.

The GLA front desk/customer service team was very attentive and personable with me and it brought a smile to my face as I wasn’t expecting the pleasantry I experienced. I expected to be greeted but not consistently. Most establishments are focused on moving the customers out but do not put emphasis on engaging with the customers. The team was excellent.
