From the moment I walked into Gerber Collision & Glass, I was greeted by a very professional employee named Natalie. She greeted me when I walked through the door and explained how the process of my car repair would play out. Natalie was very courteous, professional, and warm hearted individual-with a great sense of humor. During the process of my repair in Natalie was very good at touching base with me to let me know the progress of my car repair. When I came to pick up my vehicle, she went over the areas that were repaired and made sure that I was happy and satisfied with the work that Gerber had done. This was a fantastic experience.
