Constant communication with the staff there. Quick to return calls. Offered to take care of my rental car for me which I appreciated. I would like to personally thank the Addison, Illinois store - Natalie in the office and Jessica who did the estimate as well as all the people in the shop who helped take care of my car.

I would recommend the shop to any friends due to the kind staff and quick repair times.

They repaired what could be repaired and replaced any parts that were too damaged. The damaged area looked almost brand new. And they had given me an estimated completion date and they were done way before that time.

They were quick and extremely nice. They had the work done faster than the estimated time of completion and even stayed after the normal closing hours to allow me to pick up my car as I was running a little late.
