The repair was perfect and was completed very quickly. Gerber has a very professional staff starting with the front desk staff, to the shop staff and including friendly manager. The car looks great and was returned to me completely clean inside and out. I am very happy with the service I received.

Gerber made the claim and repair process exceptionally easy. This location provides excellent customer service and has a great turnaround time. I am extremely satisfied with the repair work completed. The staff is very kind and helpful. Additionally, I would like to commend the receptionist, Natalie, for her professionalism and friendliness; she made the entire experience even more pleasant.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Natalie and Jessica made me feel right at ease. They explained everything to me thoroughly and answered all my questions. Made it feel like a friend or family was talking to me. Rather than just a cold transaction. The team here at Gerber was expediant. They got my car back up as good as new before the estimated date it was to be finished. Thank you also to the Team behind the scenes at Gerber. And thank you to the Detailer that made mt care look spotless and clean. No one ever wants to go through the process of repairs. But this Location and Staff made me feel at home. And that I was in good hands. My only regret is that I dont work with exceptional people like this. Keep up the great work guys! Youre awesome and I appreciate the above and beyond service and experience.

This is my honest opinion of my experience for this Gerber and Collision location in Addison. I want to thank all the staff there. Natalie and Jessica for going above and beyond. Made me feel like family. Made me feel at ease. They were patient and answered all my questions. Constant contact with Natalie and Jessica on updates really reassured me. And the repairs were completed before the estimated time of completion. The service team really did an excellent job on the repairs. Looks brand new! To the car detailer, thank you for cleaning the inside of my car. Excellent job. Overall, I'm truly happy with the services. My only regret is that I dont work with dedicated, friendly, and fast working crew. Take care guys, and thank you again.

Your service desk girl (Nicole?) was excellent. Handled everything for me efficiently and courteously. She even walked me to my car as I was using a cane and made sure everything was to my satifsction and I was safely in my car.

I recently had my car repaired, and unfortunately, a lot of damage was already done. The shop didn’t order the necessary parts, and instead, they just glued everything together to make it look presentable. I was really disappointed because it felt like they prioritized appearance over proper repairs. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you're looking for quality work.

I would totally recommend Gerber in Addison to all my family and friends. I would NOT recommend Gerber in Elmhurst to anyone.

I felt like this location of Gerber knows how to value and treat a client. I had previously been scheduled to the Elmhurst location and when I arrived for an estimate was told I wasn't scheduled and they wouldn't be able to see me until the following week. But the insurance company had scheduled my appointment on a Monday and I walked into the location on a Thursday morning while taking some time off work to get the estimate. I walked right out as I felt they didn't value my time or business.
